Customer satisfaction is important to us at Shop Habibi. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will assist with a return or replacement according to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns or replacements are available if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described, or if the wrong product was delivered. Requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or usage restrictions. This includes personal care products, opened or used items, and products without original packaging.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue. Provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage. Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for returning the product or obtaining a replacement.
Refund Method
Refunds, if approved, may be issued as store credit, a replacement product, or refunded to the original payment method. COD orders will generally receive store credit or a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Once your order is packed and dispatched, a shipping update with delivery details will be shared.
